We organise your servicing, COF inspections and repairs through independent providers. We can also arrange collection and return, so you spend less time chasing bookings.

Servicing made easy
Two complete service + COF packages with North Shore collection and return, or lower-cost servicing when you drop off and collect your truck yourself. Prices include GST for eligible Isuzu Elf 4JJ1 (2008–2019) and Hino Dutro / Toyota Dyna (2006–2019) trucks. Please confirm eligibility before booking.

Engine servicing, greasing and key safety checks, with your VTNZ COF inspection and North Shore collection and return.

Full essential service checklist
Your service includes:
- Engine oil and oil filter replacement
- Air filter replacement and full greasing
- Fluid levels, leaks and top-ups as appropriate
- Brake condition and park brake operation
- Steering joints, wheel bearings, driveshaft and kingpins
- Tyre and chassis condition, including rust and loose bolts
- Exterior lights, headlight alignment, wipers and washers
- Cab interior, seatbelts and dashboard warning lights
Fluid specifications and exact work scope are confirmed for your truck before booking. Additional repairs, parts and COF rechecks are quoted separately and require your approval.

The full Essential checklist plus replacement of all fuel filters and gearbox, differential, power-steering, cooling and brake-fluid servicing, with VTNZ COF and North Shore collection and return.

Full comprehensive service checklist
Your service includes:
- Engine oil and oil filter replacement
- Air filter replacement and full greasing
- Fluid levels, leaks and top-ups as appropriate
- Brake condition and park brake operation
- Steering joints, wheel bearings, driveshaft and kingpins
- Tyre and chassis condition, including rust and loose bolts
- Exterior lights, headlight alignment, wipers and washers
- Cab interior, seatbelts and dashboard warning lights
Plus these comprehensive service items:
- Replacement of all fuel filters for your eligible truck
- Gearbox and differential oil replacement (manual or automatic, as applicable)
- Power-steering fluid renewal
- Coolant renewal
- Brake-fluid renewal
- Inspection for oil and air leaks, chassis and running gear condition

Before bookingThe listed pricing applies to the eligible Isuzu and Hino models above, subject to vehicle condition and service requirements. Mitsubishi Fuso, other makes and years are priced on application. North Shore collection and return is included in both service + VTNZ COF packages; collection outside the North Shore is priced on application. Repairs following a failed VTNZ COF, rechecks and extra work are not included and will be quoted for approval. We confirm the exact work, price and availability before any booking.
HOW WE WORK
Clear updates and one invoice.
You deal directly with Work Trucks NZ, not a list of different workshops.
We coordinate the approved work and keep you informed. You'll receive one invoice from Work Trucks NZ, with the agreed services and any authorised additional work clearly identified.
We confirm service eligibility, scope and pricing before booking. Any repairs or third-party charges outside the original scope are discussed and quoted before proceeding. Vehicle collection and return arrangements, including any applicable charges, are confirmed in advance.
COF & COMPLIANCE COORDINATION
Help with compliance and repairs.
We coordinate bookings and agreed work through independent workshops and inspection providers, including VTNZ for COF inspections where arranged. Inspections and certification are performed by the relevant providers.

Coordinate a VTNZ COF inspection and your chosen service package, with collection and return by arrangement. Any additional work is discussed separately.

Coordination for Japanese imports or de-registered trucks: VTNZ compliance and COF, RUC, registration, plates, load certificates, hubodometer and ownership paperwork.

Discuss mechanical work, bodywork, fleet presentation and specialist certification requirements. Scope and provider availability are confirmed individually.
